We are volunteers who came together in 2018 in Taşucu, a neighborhood of Silifke district in Mersin, to ensure that street animals can live healthier and safer lives.
Our association building and office are located in Taşucu; from here we carry out the planning, monitoring, and solidarity for the work we do in the field.
Our founding purpose is very clear: to improve the welfare of street animals.
We do not limit this goal to only cats or only dogs; we act with a broad perspective that embraces all animals with the right to live. We dream of a city where they can live healthy, without hunger, without suffering, and in safety.
In this direction, our core activities are: neutering, feeding, treatment, and adoption.
• We prioritize neutering to prevent uncontrolled reproduction,
• Regular feeding to improve quality of life,
• Treatment processes in cases of illness and injury,
• And adoption for permanent and safe homes.
In neutering efforts and some treatment processes, we also benefit from the facilities of the animal shelter affiliated with Mersin Metropolitan Municipality, working in cooperation.
We work together with our volunteers who labor directly in the field, with veterinary clinics, and with our supporters.
Sometimes our effort is rewarded with a bowl of food, sometimes with covering a treatment cost, and sometimes with the joyful moment of an animal finding its new home.
For us, this association is not just a structure; it is a partnership where solidarity, responsibility, and compassion come together.
We continue to be the voice of street animals and to take steps to improve their living conditions.
